Google Places information

When a workspace member chooses “Find Google listing,” IntentStone sends the saved Business name and available city, state, and postal code to Google Places Text Search. When details for a linked Google Maps business listing are displayed or refreshed, IntentStone uses its saved Place ID to request current place details. The Google Maps Platform API key is used by the server and is not sent to the browser.

Search candidates and place details are used for the current display and are not stored or application-cached by IntentStone. IntentStone retains the selected Google Place ID and its own link metadata: organization ID, Business ID, link time, linking member ID, and record timestamps. Google Maps Platform content is not copied into canonical Business fields, CRM, source records, Signals, scores, or website verification state.

Google information is reference context. It does not currently change the IntentStone Opportunity Score or create prospect conclusions. Google-derived scoring or corroboration is not used.
